E-shop ordering and payment
Formalizing your order in the e-shop, we send you by e-mail order conformation with selected products, shipping time and final amount. Conformation of the order is not prepayment invoice. If the goods have arrived in our warehouse, we send an invoice by e-mail. After payment we issue the goods. Receiving the goods takes place in Metkall Ltd. (OÜ) warehouse at Paldiski Rd. 251A. By customer´s request, ordered goods delivers courier service, according their price list.

Claims
Receiving, control the package and quantity of the goods. In case any complaints inform Metkall Ltd. within 7 days after receipt of goods. Later claims will not be considered.
Warranty
All products we sell, has a manufacturer´s warranty, which compensates for any material or technological errors. The warranty does not compensate the losses resulting from the incorrect use of the products.
Price
All prices shown on the website are in euro (EUR), with VAT included. Prices are valid in Estonia.
